Directions for use:

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.

• Lyc-O-Beta 20% VBAF 30 mg
  • Equivalent to betacarotene 6 mg
  • Equivalent to Vitamin A 1 mg Retinol Equivalents
• Brassica nigra seed, dry (Black mustard) 104 mg\
  • Equivalent to selenium 26 microgram

Each capsule also contains:

• Zinc amino acid chelate 50 mg
  • Equivalent to zinc 10 mg
• D-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate 400 mg
  • Equivalent to Vitamin E 200 IU

NATURALLY DERIVED EXCIPIENTS:

Colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, clear nature caps (PI 12065). Contains sulfites and sucralose.
