Thompson's Ultra Magnesium Powder - Directions:
- Adults- Take 5g of powder (1 level metric teaspoon) mixed in 50-100mL of water or juice, once daily, preferably with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
- Storage: Store below 30°C in a dry place
Thompson's Ultra Magnesium Powder - Cautions and Interactions:
- WARNING - This product contains Pyridoxine Hydrochloride which may be dangerous when taken in large amounts or for a long time. Seek professional advice before long term use.
- This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
