For Tea Use: Remove the tea strainer and add 1-2 tsp of your favourite loose leaf tea (or tea bag) into the flask. Replace the strainer, ensuring it clicks into place trapping the tea leaves inside the bottle. Pour boiling water slowly into the flask until it reaches just under the level of the strainer. Do not fill past this point. Replace the lid and you're ready to go... Your tea will be steaming hot for hours..

For Coffee Use (or any other liquid) : Remove the strainer and fill with your favourite hot drink. Replace the lid. Its as easy as that... Our tip: Replace the strainer regardless of your choice of beverage - this slows the flow of the liquid as you drink. Especially good while your driving or moving about.. ensures you wont be wearing it :)

Care Instructions: Hand wash in warm soapy water before use.  Do not soak the bamboo flask or lid in water. All you need to do is wash, rinse & drip or towel dry. Please do not place the flask in the microwave or dishwasher... it wont like that at all...
