Power Foods beetroot powder contains only 100% Australian grown beetroots, harvested and dried at the source with 24 hours.

Low temperature processing ensures vital nutrients, colour and flavour are maintained. Beetroot powder is a good source of folate and a source of fibre, vitamin C and potassium and has a sweet earthy flavour and adds a vibrant red colour to cooking.

Beetroot powder is hygroscopic meaning it absorbs moisture quickly. As our pure beetroot contains no anti-caking agents or other fillers, it is prone to clumping. To prevent this, store well sealed in an airtight container in a cool environment or the fridge, use regularly and give it a loving stir (yes this helps!) and never, ever use a wet spoon. If the product hardens you can whack it on the edge of the table to release the compacted powder.
