Cautions
- Not recommended during pregnancy due to potential emmenagogue properties of Blessed thistle.
- Odour of Fenugreek may be detected in the taste of breast milk but only if you exceed the recommended dosage.
- Monitor blood sugar levels with those patients taking other hypoglycaemic agents.
- Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
