Fusion Revital 8 is a rich source of herbal antioxidants, which are used by the body to help reduce the formation of free radicals. A balance between antioxidants and free radicals is needed for proper physiological function.
Fusion Revital 8 contains:
- High-strength resveratrol from Japanese knotweed, which has anti-inflammatory properties
- Green tea, standardised for its content of catechins, which help maintain healthy cholesterol and support cardiovascular system health
- Grape seed extract, which contains procyanidins to provide antioxidant activity and support overall health and wellbeing
- Milk thistle, standardised for its content of silybin
- Curcuminoids from turmeric – including curcumin
- Piperine, from black pepper, which enhances the bioavailability of curcumin
How it works
Antioxidants and good health
Many of the plant-based food and drinks in your diet – including fruit, vegetables, legumes, tea, coffee and even dark chocolate – are rich in naturally occurring antioxidant compounds called polyphenols, which are believed to be at least partially responsible for the health benefits associated with consuming a varied and nutritious diet.1
Polyphenol antioxidants are also present in many medicinal plants, and often play important roles in herbs’ therapeutic effects.2
Synergistic antioxidants
Fusion Revital 8 is a synergistic blend of botanical extracts rich in polyphenol antioxidants, which help reduce the formation of free radicals in the body.
Free radicals are produced in the body during normal cellular metabolism and from excessive exposure to the sun, pollution and many chemicals in our environment, food, water and air.
A balance between antioxidants and free radicals is vital for normal physiological function. Antioxidants are beneficial in maintaining good health.
Fusion Revital 8 includes:
- High-strength resveratrol from Japanese knotweed, which provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions
- Green tea, standardised for its content of catechins, including epigallocatechin-3-0-gallate (EGCG). Green tea catechins support healthy cholesterol and in turn cardiovascular system health
- Grape seed extract, with procyanidins that provide antioxidant activity and maintain general health and wellbeing
- Milk thistle standardised for its silybin content
- Curcuminoids from turmeric, including curcumin, which exerts antioxidant actions in the body
- Piperine, from black pepper, which enhances the bioavailability of curcumin
