Magnesium amino acid chelate

Equiv. elemental Magnesium 300 mg
Extract equivalent to:
Rhodiola rosea, root dry (Rhodiola) 500 mg
Acetyllevocarnitine hydrochloride 1.2 g
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 50 mg
Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 50 mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 38 mg
Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 38 mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 25 mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (Zinc diglycinate) 50 mg
Equiv. elemental Zinc 10 mg
Potassium iodide 98 μg
Equiv. elemental Iodine 75 μg
Selenomethionine 125 μg
Equiv. elemental Selenium 50 μg
Directions:
Adults: Take 2 scoops (11.5 g) in 200 mL of water or juice twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
