Product Description
Direct Health Zymax Powder 100g
Multi Enzyme Complex
Zymax contains 3 proteolytic enzyme systems, including a protease with DDPIV activity, a protease with PEP activity, an aspartic protease (pepsin type), a cysteine protease bromelain, amylase, lipase & lactase (tilactase)
This formula has:
• Amylase is an enzyme that may help to digest starches & complex carbohydrates present in plants.
• Lactase has also been included to support the digestion of dairy products. Lactase is an enzyme that helps to digest lactose into galactose & glucose.
• Lipase is an enzyme that helps to digest triglycerides into free fatty acids & glycerol.
• A new peptidase with an activity unit of 30,000 HUT has been added to Zymax to boost the proteolytic action of acid protease & bromelain. The peptidase demonstrates high exo-peptidase activity. It is a leucine aminopeptidase & a proline specific exo-peptidase. Being very specific, when it is added to broader endo-proteases, the peptides are broken down more extensively.
Zymax is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and can be taken after food or on an empty stomach. It is odourless and mixes well with drinks. This product contains no animal ingredients, no added salt, yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or additives.
Indications: Allergies, food intolerance, under-active digestion, assimilation & metabolism.
