• Folic acid - Contains a daily dose of 500 micrograms of folic acid which may reduce the risk of neural tube defects if taken for 1 month prior to conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy

Warnings

• This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded

Dosage

Adults – Take 1 capsule and 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed. Ideally taken up to six months before conception.
