Blackmores Omega Mini Double Concentrate supports the health of your heart, skin*, eyes and brain. This is a high-quality, concentrated odourless fish oil that provides the same amount of omega-3 per capsule as our standard fish oil 1000 capsule** in a conveniently small, easy-to-swallow mini-sized capsule.**

**Each Blackmores' standard fish oil 1000 capsule contains 300 mg of omega-3 marine triglycerides, inclusive of 180 mg Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 120 mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) (Total EPA + DHA= 300 mg).

Active ingredients per capsule
Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 500 mg
- equivalent total omega-3 acids expressed as triglycerides 330 mg (including total EPA + DHA 300 mg).
Dosage
Take only ONE dose recommendation, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
- For nervous and cardiovascular system health: Adults Take 1 capsule once a day.
- For brain, eye, and skin health: Adults - Take 5 capsules once a day.
- For general health and wellbeing:: Adults and children 2-17 years - Take 1 capsule once a day.
(Children unable to swallow: Pierce the capsule, squeeze the content into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately. Do not swallow whole.)
