- Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (magnesium 55 mg) 266 mg
- Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) extract dry conc. 150 mg equiv. dry leaf 600 mg
- Ziziphus jujuba var spinosa (ziziphus) extract dry conc. 250 mg equiv. dry seed 5 g
Dosage
Adults - Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.
